ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
General Description
This is a full-time, year-round, benefited, non-exempt position that supports the Director of Finance and Administration. This position performs basic accounting, payroll and administrative functions including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash deposits, fixed asset records, sales tax returns, general ledger account reconciliation, and other accounting related duties. This position will cross-train to process payroll and is responsible for recording bi-weekly payroll journal entries to Quickbooks. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience working in an accounting/bookkeeping environment, including experience with Quickbooks and ADP or similar software products. Salary up to $33,000 DOQ.

TECHNICAL STAFF
General Description
These are non-exempt, part-time seasonal positions assisting stage productions at Chautauqua for both CCA produced and co-produced events. Evening and weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered non-essential.
